Tamamono Malaysia  also offers delivery service to your doorsteps for all buyers in Singapore and Brunei. We will be using Pos Malaysia courier services with tracking number. We send all shipments within two working days after receiving clear payment.

RM19 for 151-250 grams
RM26 for 251-500 grams
RM36 for 501-1000 grams
RM58 for 1001-2000 grams

Estimated shipping weight of each items is stated in their respective description. Weight of all items in a single order will be combined.

​Estimated shipping weight is not the exact weight of the items as we take into consideration the weight of the packaging materials.  

Our shopping cart system will advise you on the total payment due, which includes product prices and delivery fee before checkout.

International Delivery & Payment Policies

 Privacy:
We will not reveal or sell any of your information to unrelated third parties.

Unpaid items:
Unpaid items will only be hold and reserved for maximum 24 hours.

Time of shipping:
Your purchased goods will be shipped only after we receive clear payment. Shipping days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holiday (unless stated otherwise).
Longer processing time might be needed during peak seasons or temporary stock shortages (buyers will be notified). 

International Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA):
ETA after shipping is within four to twelve working days.  Longer ETA should be expected during peak period (Christmas etc).

ETA does not take into consideration delay caused by third party, such as delay due to destination country withholding the parcel.

International Return policy:
Goods sold are returnable for refunds within 48 hours under the following conditions:

• ​​buyers agree to pay for the full return shipping fee 
• return postage must be done through courier service  with tracking number, tracking number must be provided
• returned item(s) must be in original package and in good condition, all parts of the item(s) must be returned

Marimo Malaysia will not refund any postage fee(s) paid by the buyers during the initial purchase. Refunds will be done through online banking after we received and checked the returned items. 

International Damaged & Missing Shipment Policy:
If the items in the shipment is severely damaged, please take a photo and send to us within 48 hours after receiving the shipment. We will provide full refund OR resend the shipment at Marimo Malaysia's own discretion, if the shipment is severely damaged or missing.
Damages due to mishandling by recipients or minor damage will not be entertain.
This policy is not applicable for those that provide incorrect delivery address or unavailable address. Marimo is a natural ball-shaped algae moss, some may not be completely round, it is not due to damage during shipping.

International Payment Policy:
We will only accept payment through PayPal (paypal account/credit card/debit card), no other payment method will be accepted.
Shipment will only be send after reciving clear payment.
Import Duties, Taxes and any Charges are not include in the items' price or shipping charges, additional charges by third-party are of buyers responsibilities.
Before purchasing, please check with your country's customs office or relevant authority to determine any additional charges that will/might occur.

Currency Conversion:
Currency conversion will occur when paying using currency other than MYR.  Marimo Malaysia will not be responsible for any third-party fee charged by Paypal or your respective bank.

Third Party Fee:
We will not be responsible for any other additional third party fee for service not provided by Marimo Malaysia, such as local charges/tariff/import duty and other charges.

International Import Policy:
Buyers are required to check with their respective country's custom office for import of products listed here before purchasing. This is meant to avoid items/parcels been detained , confiscated or destroyed by the destination country's custom department or other relevant authorities. Marimo Malaysia will not be responsible for any shipments detained/destroyed/confiscated.
